Terms & Conditions for Xfinity Painting Inc.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Xfinity Painting Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

  • Scope of Work: We provide painting and epoxy flooring services as outlined in the agreement between you and Xfinity Painting Inc.
  • Project Schedule: We will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline. However, we are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control.

2. Payment Terms

  • Quotes and Estimates: All quotes and estimates are provided based on the scope of work discussed. Additional work not included in the original quote will be billed separately.
  • Payment: Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees may apply if the cancellation occurs after work has begun.

3. Warranties and Liability

  • Service Warranty: We offer a limited warranty on our painting and epoxy flooring services, as specified in the service agreement.
  • Liability: Xfinity Painting Inc. is not liable for any damages resulting from delays, unforeseen circumstances, or any issues arising from the use of materials provided by the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Site Preparation: The client is responsible for preparing the site as per our instructions before the project begins.
  • Access: The client must provide access to the site during agreed working hours. Failure to do so may result in project delays.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: All content, images, and materials provided by Xfinity Painting Inc. remain our property. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

1. Termination

  • By Us: We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement if the client breaches any of these Terms.
  • By You: The client may terminate the agreement at any time, subject to applicable cancellation fees

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in following the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
  • Mediation: Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be subject to mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute may be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
